These terms cover your use of westrockpro.com, operated by Western Rock Products, LLC (“we”, “us”). Using the site means you accept them.

What this site is for

It describes the products and services we sell, lists where our quarries and pits are, and lets you ask us for a price or send us a message. It is an enquiry tool, not a shop.

Quotes are quotes, not contracts

Submitting a quote request does not order material and does not reserve it. A price becomes binding only when we confirm it to you in writing, and any price we give is subject to the tonnage, the haul distance, the spec and current availability.

Aggregate is a natural product. Gradation, colour and moisture vary between loads and between pits, and published product names describe the product type rather than guaranteeing a particular test result. If your job is held to an agency specification, tell us which one before you order.

Using the site properly

Give us accurate information — we price and deliver off what you type.
Do not submit anything unlawful, abusive or someone else’s personal information without their say-so.
Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at volume, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or the systems behind it.

Our content

The text, photographs, logo and layout on this site belong to us. You are welcome to link to us. Do not copy the site or use our name or logo to suggest we endorse something we do not.

Accuracy

We keep the product list, locations and contact details current, but we cannot promise every page is free of error or that the site is always available. If something here matters to a decision you are making, call us and confirm it.
