This policy covers westrockpro.com, operated by Western Rock Products, LLC. It describes what we collect, why, and who else sees it.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising network and no third-party analytics script on these pages, and the site sets no cookies of its own.

We do not ask for, and this website never handles, payment card numbers, bank details or government identifiers.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run the site. Each only receives what it needs:

• Vercel — hosts the website (United States).
• Supabase — the database holding enquiries, so they are worked and answered rather than lost in an inbox (United States).
• Resend — delivers the notification to our office and the confirmation to you.
• Google Fonts — serves the two typefaces used here.
• Intuit QuickBooks — our accounting system. If you become a customer, your billing record lives there. It is not connected to anything you submit on this site as a visitor.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our system while they are live and afterwards as part of our sales record, because a quote from two years ago is often what the next conversation starts from. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it for accounting or tax reasons.

Who we do not share it with

We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to advertisers or data brokers. We share it outside the providers above only when a customer asks us to (for example giving a haul address to a subcontracted trucker), or if we are legally required to.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or write and we will deal with it — there is no form to fill in.

Children

This is a business-to-business and trade supply site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and update the date at the top.
